Northrim Bank selected MRV to renovate and expand an existing waterfront building into a new contemporary bank for their combined Ketchikan operations. The existing building, originally designed as a fast-food outlet, was comprehensively renovated to offer a striking new waterfront building, with the setting and views captured inside the offices and public branch areas. Glass, aluminum panels, and warm woods interior accents were selected to offer an inviting contemporary building that creates a sense of place to complement the Southeast Alaska setting.
