He has worked on projects throughout Alaska, and has provided a diverse array of services in their execution, including planning, condition surveys, design, construction documentation, construction administration, and on-site inspection. Mr. Minch has a particular expertise in structural detailing and issues arising from the local climate (“Of course this roof is leaking, look what they did here” [points, shakes head]). He performs in-house quality control reviews, coordination, appropriate material monitoring, and remains an active part of the MRV family. His wry wit is always appreciated.
