Chris Barte

Chris is the newest addition to the MRV team, with which he began work as lead CAD drafter in 2010. Prior to joining the team he was widely regarded as one of the best baristas the Juneau area. Chris got his first taste of the exciting world of architecture while at university, where he also studied law and business management. Chris has a strong background in computer sciences and finds it an enjoyable pastime to dabble in 3D modeling and digital photo manipulation. The work of the firm appeals greatly to Chris, as most of the projects he has contributed to are educational facilities or centers of community convergence; although his real architecture passion is the potential of sustainable design and construction using renewable resources.
