Sealaska Heritage Institute Soboleff Center

Named in honor of venerated community elder Walter Soboleff, the new cultural center Sealaska has charged MRV to design will occupy an empty space adjacent to the corporation's downtown Juneau headquarters, known locally as the "Taj MaHole." As well as making the Downtown area whole again for the first time in years, the new facility will serve as a research and preservation facility.house all kinds of good stuff that Paul will tell us about (ceremony space, archives, karaoke bar).
