Ketchikan Indian Community Housing Authority Elder Housing

KICHA Elder Housing is a two-story residential complex in Ketchikan designed specifically with seniors in mind. Construction began in the summer of 2009 and is now complete. The design was concieved with efficiency and afforability in mind, but also with an eye to quality and comfort. A central courtyard creates a community feel, and each of the twelve units comes with a view.
