The Evergreen Building

MRV’s new home, The Evergreen Building, was awarded LEED Silver in 2008, and was the first private building in Alaska to earn LEED certification. Commissioned and designed by MRV president Paul Voelckers, the project was a complete remodel of an existing medical office. The structure now has a second story, two commercial ground floor office spaces, and three high-end apartments upstairs. This building -our own- reflects MRV’s commitment to green design and responsible, innovative building practices.
