Echo Cove Master Plan

MRV Architects completed a comprehensive master plan of the land holdings at Echo Cove for a local native corporation. Their total land holdings of 1,400 acres were analyzed relative to long-term shareholder development goals and CBJ "new growth area" planning requirements. In addition to general long-term land development designations, MRV and our consultant team also developed a specific "new growth" master plan of Cascade Creek at the northern end of Echo Cove for development of possible fisheries support, ferry terminal, tourism, and mining housing support.
