Kaitlin Niewoehner

Kaitlin joined MRV for the summer of 2009 and was the last surving intern of the season -a demonstration of her skill and fortitude. She used her time at MRV to explore the realm of a professional architecture practice before returning to the University of Missouri in Columbia where she is working towards a degree in Architectural Studies. A quick learner, she became prime drafter in a flash, and also took on graphics and LEED-related assignments. She returned to the firm again for the summer of 2010.

After earning her pre-professional degree, she plans to go on to graduate school for accreditation, and to eventually use her education to better the environments of impoverished or urban communities.

Kaitlin is both an accomplished dancer and singer, and is expected to play the leads in MRV’s upcoming architecture-themed adaptations of 'South Pacific' and 'West Side Story'.
